Okay, so it's exam time and I should be studying, but my school sent me an email that I just had to share. My school is required to send us information on thefts, robberies, etc. that occur in the city for some reason, and they recently sent me this:
OFF CAMPUS THEFT
DATE & TIME OF OCCURRENCE: December 10, 2010, at approximately 5:41 a.m.
LOCATION: 7400 Block of Hampson, near Cherokee.
REPORTED OFFENSE: The student was approached at the intersection by a subject on foot with his hands in his pockets. The subject said, “Hey, Ma’am.” The student screamed in fear and threw her wallet at him. The subject ran river bound on Cherokee and picked up the victim’s wallet as he fled the area.
SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: Black male, early to mid 30’s in age, medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.
SUSPECT VEHICLE: No Vehicle Identified.
AAAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!
Does this really count as a robbery?
