The movement started out as a Furry Fandom club started at a high school in California created by  vice-the-wolf and  karrmalleus The group has been active in the community doing things to help out with the locals and advertising their businesses. The movement is fairly new as it was created in October, 2010. The local members of the TaSF group are interested in helping out with animal related charities.
