I just realized I still link here to my mate's FA.

It's all up to you what you call yourself. You cannot use others to decide your own personal label. You don't have to be "furry" to maintain a Fur Affinity account. Nor does deleting yours make you no longer "furry."

We all know there are tons of socially awkward furs who have weird priorities and values. Being interested in anime does not automatically make you a pasty white nerd otaku just because a lot of anime fans are. Likewise "furry" is just a label, and does not really let anyone know what kind of person you are. The only people who will judge you because you associate with furry are trolls, bigots, and morons.


Also I guess I'm pretty confused because you haven't really made any attempt to meet people outside of the fandom despite you saying how fed up with it you are. Seems odd to make a fuss of it and up and delete everything off of FA. I will never understand why people do that, whether they are my boyfriend or not.

Really when people leave FA, I dont read "Im done with furry" I read "I'm causing drama for attention." you leaving FA hasn't affected how associated with furry you are at all, really.

How can you confused about my lack of meeting people outside of the Fandom? I haven't met anyone new for awhile, regardless if they in the Fandom or not. You know I have social anxiety. You defended that on a rant on your FB. So how are you confused? What if I deleted my Pounced account as well? Does that make me no longer a furry? I deleted these furry sites to distance myself from the Fandom. I know leaving FA hasn't affected my assassination with the furs I know. I don't really associate with anyone really. I can move to Montana and my association with the furs I know here would be about the same, almost none existent.
