Yes ladies and gents, I am back from my SECOND con in as many weeks, MFM!
*purrs and melts into a happy puddle of artist goo* I had a most wonderful time. I won't go into details like I did the last con, so I'll just post the highlights (in random order, because I suck at timelines) and some shout-outs...
HIGHLIGHTS:
* Sleepover at the airport with Yolanda, Brittany, and Blake (4 strangers with one thing in common: cancelled connecting flight)
* Pink limo trip to awesome BBQ place with 14 other furs (FRIED PICKLES!!! Nom nom nom)
* Giant inflatable hamster ball (I squished my hand, owie!)
* Homework art jam with DAQ and XianJaguar (among others who I KNOW I should remember but can't)
* Dance, room party, dance, room party, dance, room party...
* Gay cake, glowstick bondage, and flaming shots
* Warm snuggles and morning mischief making
* Hip-swaying competition with red-headed jailbait (he won, dammit)
* Random gropes and neck-bites
* Snarly growling at real estate transaction woes (why oh why was the fax machine down?!)
SHOUT-OUTS:
* Duo - I wouldn't have made it without you, man! You are such a sweetheart! <333 Thank you again and again for everything!
* Kos and Gossery - You two are so amazing, I had a fantastic time, and it was good to see y'all again! Must do again sometime! >;)
* Takieda and Savaaha - You guys are great. I've missed you, Tak, it was good seeing you after so long! And I'm sorry if there was any awkwardness... ^^; Thank you for the T-shirt!
* Sinh - You are delightfully evil. Don't ever stop. *purr*
* Lord Rainbow Brite - Happy birthday! You are awesome! I take-a you glowsticks! *steals and runs*
* Dook and Khyle - You guys are both cute and sexy and fun and talented... Dook, I WILL have you draw in my ferret book someday. Khyle, nice pants. ;)
* Baka - A pleasure to meet you! I can't wait to see my badge! You, sir, are fun (if not a little bit loud in the lobby). XD
* Beowulf - You rock. I love love love your outfits, AND your art. Thank you for the recommendation of BBQ place.
* XianJaguar - I am SO glad we got some time to hang out. I must learn this blendy thing you do with markers. I was watching and studying. >.> It shall be mine!
* FurFan - I'm sorry I wasn't in the Artist Alley on Saturday, I still owe you that half-page! What shall we do?
* Masamune, Draco, Marker, Tits McGee, Old Freek, Skunk, and the many many many other people I got to meet and hang out with - I love you all! I had such a great con, and you are ALL part of what made it so fantastic!
And that's it! I think. >.> I'm still floating on a post-con high right now, and fuzzy as to some details.
I will try to go through the FurBuy contest submissions tomorrow and pick the top three for voting. I'll post here and on FurBuy when the voting is up and ready to go!

And no, Jailbait wasn't chasing me, he was chasing the guy I was hanging out with. XD We just HAPPENED to start a dance-off as we were both trying to dance with the same guy.

As for redheaded jailbait. I'm just glad he managed to stop following me around after like six hours (though I think a few newfound friends were helping by running distractions.)

Glad you got back home safe and sound. :D
I'm boring at cons. Show up, get the hotel room, set up my dealer table, get food... open table, draw all day, get food, go back to hotel room to do homework on sketchbooks, repeat for next two days.
I'd love to go to an artist only room gathering to draw in books, but all those I've ever been invited to or gone to were run by fans who wanted artists to fawn over. I'd rather hide away with some good artists away from fans to work on the sketchbook piles.
Damn and I wanted that nice hug too.
