Would you like to get a commission done of you?
I'm not a con veteran, but I have come to the conclusion that cons might actually be the worst place to get commissions done. Artists are too busy, usually with pre-orders, they also have lives and want to enjoy themselves while there. If I run across a cool new artist, I take note of them and usually wait to commission something later.
