Blender is a BITCH to use
Simply moving my dinosaur's POSITION and taking a picture is proving to be IMPOSSIBLY BAFFLING. Blender 2.5's constant crashes and graphical glitches are no help either.
I'm trying to fatten my dinosaur up a little bit, but every time I move something and move in the timeline, it resets. It won't let me make keyframes and it won't let me move any of the current ones. And it won't even render it. I expand the belly but when I press F12 it just renders it in the original size. Why is this program so fucking hard to use?
There's not even a fucking MANUAL for 2.5. And the interface is completely different.

Never used Blender, so i wish I was a bit more help since I use SoftImage. Is there a setting checked or something that causes it to do so? Have you tried saving a copy, reopening it as the copy and then rendering it? I always heard Blender was a reliable program.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but why use the 2.5 version of Blender? That looks like their test or unstable version, which for most software means intended for advanced users because there are still potential problems and lack of instruction due to being in a "work in progress" or experimental state. Their main stable release looks like it is the 2.4X version at the moment, which has the manual filled out, as opposed to the partially written 2.5 manual under development.
