For those who have Little Big Planet 2, there's a level called "Dino test" by helix_snake. It's very unfinished, but try it. Controls:

R1: open/close mouth
Right stick: move neck (hold the direction you want to point)
Left stick: move forwards/backwards
L2: flick tail
L1: belch

Once the T-rex eats 3 of the rabbit-egg things, his belly becomes distended.
