Input needed: Where/who can build this tail for me?

So....
This is more of a halloween project than a fandom thing, but I'm looking for someone who could design and build a replica of this
prop lizard tail worn by Johnny Depp in Fear and Loathing

I don't think I have anywhere close to the supplies and hardware necessary to make this thing myself, or I would give it a try.
So - WHO do you know about, that does large-scale rubber, latex or foam-latex casting?

I know she could make something like it, she did make an impressive lugia costume that if I remember right had an impressive tail. I'll keep an eye out for her and ask her if I see her or her creation partner.
