You can't. Too much backend stuff is tied into your username to make changing them realistically possible.

Far as I know you can't. You would have to make a new account. That's mostly why people just go and make new accounts after a while. Because they get tired of the name they started with and wanted to change it to something more appropriate.

I've asked Dragoneer, the site's owner, whether or not it's possible, and it is not. =\

I wanted to change mine as well, because when I registered it Panthera was (and still is) taken and I got the first thing that came to my mind. Later, finding no option to change it I sent a ticket and I was told I can't. Or rather, they don't want to do it because I can't believe it's not possible.

Since the whole thing is a database, I can't get why on Earth it is not possible. It's not like repainting your car, just a damned string that is ideally shupposed to be one record that contains your display name and there may be pointers to read it where it should appear. If it isn't like that, that's too bad...
