if you make one more Final Fantasy VII sequel

Seriously though, they should just remake the friggin game. We all know they want to, and everyone knows that they secretly want it too. At least a little bit. XD
I didn't want a remake before, but I kinda do now because the graphical capabilities are downright SEXY, and because it would mean lots of Aeris and that's always a good thing. 8DD
HOWEVER, I do NOT want to buy a lame PS3, and there's no way in hell I would buy one just for the remake of FFVII. NOT EVEN. Although honestly, I don't like the Xbox 360 any more than I like the PS3, so it's sort of an all around fail for my poor self. D:
There's always that rare possibility that it will be ported to the Wii as well, but I highly doubt it considering Sqaure is probably STILL butthurt over their stupid fight with Nintendo that happened over 9000 years ago.
Plus, I still haven't actually gotten around to GETTING a Wii yet, but give it time. XD
gamecube and ps2 are epic amounts of love anyways <3
The other thing I majorly DO NOT WANT is more effin RETCONNING. ARGHGJIFGJIDFGJKDFGJK
I don't give a crap about any of the new stupid characters, and I don't want to see their ugly mugs in my remake. D:<

I'm sadly the one who even hates advent children...
FFVII was so damn beautiful, that game is my bible... and yet they milk it so these days... I mean, dirge of cerberus was absolute FAIL. people cant just let a good thing be...
I used to want a remake. but these days... I just cant trust them to do it justice. they've broken my heart too many times. *emo*
new graphics would be sweet, but there's no way in hell they'd keep that timeless dialogue, every little niche of every character, oh, and the music was already as good as it could have been... they'd put in god damn cheesy music, dub over there voices with members of N'Sync again, and ditch the depth for the room to make them all more generally fan-loveable.
sorry for ranting, but i have a lot of pent up FF rage...
FFVII was, like, the most gorgeously wonderful game ever, especially at the time it was released. I STILL cry at various parts of that game when I replay it. >:
Yeeeah, that's my fear too, that they'll just totally fsck it up and then I'll be even less happy than before.
If they do remake it and they leave out the crossdressing whorehouse scene, I will MURDER. D:< MISS CLOUD WAS THE BEST PART OF THAT WHOLE GAME.

And they would totally screw with all of the important scenes too, because now all they care about is what the fans think. <_< I hate it. They would probably completely change Aeris' death scene and they would make Cid stop swearing and they would add in all the STUPID NEW CHARACTERS. D:<

I havent heard anything about crisis core, but I'm none too interested in new characters... I mean, just the way square enix goes lately...
Advent children was shiny and cool, but I just felt that the game was so concluded, I just didnt want to see some "2 years later" you know? it ended really nondescript for a reason, and advent children kinda killed that. that, and when I saw sephiroth was back, I was just pissed.
I played that game for well over 3 years, I killed sephiroth, I was so happy, then they had to go and bring him back. made me sad...
I guess that's all just in personal interpretation though, I can see why it isn't such a bad movie. on its own it's a cool movie. but as an afterthought of that game, it just lacked... to me, anyways.
and I can't ever play through aeris's death scene without crying... hell, I cried at Dyne's death scene... I just get so damn attatched to the characters in that game, when they die, it makes me so sad.
my biggest irk with the ffvii fan universe is their obsession with reviving aeris. if that happened... that would just suck... aeris rules and all, but she died for a reason... you cant just revive her and have it all be the same... *shake fist*
...And if they draw the characters a la Kingdom Hearts style I'm going to burn Tokyo X>X

Not only are they super pretty, but they're also proof that if they DO do a remake, they'll be pretty serious about it. ^^
Even so, pretty graphics don't make up for it if they screw up. =/
