From the original series, my favorites are Space Seed, The City on the Edge of Forever, The Trouble with Tribbles, and Journey to Babel. There are others, but I'm keeping this list short.

For the Next Generation, my favorites were The Best of Both Worlds, Measure of a Man, Data's Day, and Cause and Effect. Again, there are others I liked, but I'm keeping this list short.

I haven't seen enough of Deep Space Nine, Voyager, or Enterprise to pick which episodes out of those I liked.
