I need some help people... My aunty is very sick and needs a kidney transplant, but she can't afford it nor will it get coverered by insurance. Well how could I set up a paypal to get donations? (I already have a paypal account) I'm not asking for much, a little from many can go a long way. I know this may seem kind of odd since I never post such serious material. But the community has been there for those who need it in the past. I have to take initiative since my family is a bunch of stubborn mules.
