It's a novelty MIDI player. It's not something you can load any old MIDI to, then upload and call it an "8-bit remix". If you use GXSCC in this manner, stop being a lazy ass and learn to chiptune.

I try to, but I cant create sequences from scratch ( can think of but not know what notes), and even trying to load exact midis or game rips still scrambles the instrument sample groups so badly that its extremely hard to correct them.
Like I just want some GBA tracks but replace the damn shitty 4 bit distorted samples.

It's a fun little tool, but I have only ever used it to make sure my nes Midi remakes are sounding accurate.
