Welcome to Balto's Journal
I just wanted to thank you all for all the kind words and for the encouragement to continue doing my web comics.
For a while now I've lost a lot of my drive for art and its honestly been a long time since I had much fun in doing art but since I started doing Hodges Pond, i've found the spark I've been missing for a very long long time. I also hope to have my web site up for the new comic (www.hodgespond.com) soon. I plan to start off as a weekly comic. I will be manually updating the comics too,
also, specifically I wanted to thank the following people for their support.
My awesome webmaster and best friend.
For the encouragement and for lending an ear when I needed it.
Thanks for the inspiration, art advice and for being a great friend. *hug*
For the much needed nudge I got at MFF 2009 that got me back on track with this comic.
What can I say he puts up with me :oP

It's terrible when someone burns out on something they once loved doing. I'm so happy that you found inspiration and motivation with the new strip. :D
Its people like you that keep me going. You have no idea how touched I was by our conversation at MFF that one year You were one of the people who really helped me find that spark. Thank you for that. :)
