I am never trusting a computer again.

I have learned my lesson about trusting computers to perform simple tasks such as remember that a specific user exists. I've always backed up the stuff that I think is serious, but for some reason I decided against backing up any of my art - or, for that manner, any of my desktop backgrounds, any of my notes, any of my fanfics, fucking anything creative.
And now it's gone, because my archaic computersaur can't perform such simple tasks as remembering how to log a user on - or even that a user exists. -_- I'm lucky that I had all my music and homework saved to my external hard drive, but I should have been a lot more vigilant about not trusting technology.
That's it. This only makes me all the more determined to get a mac. I wouldn't have this goddamn problem on a mac - the worst thing is that I know that all of the lost data is my own fault. I didn't save any of my art externally, I didn't back up my bookmarks, I didn't save my fanfics externally - none of it. -_________-
At least this encourages me to reorganise my iTunes library, though, since windows went and pulled a "YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE A LIBRARY" on me, too.
