*The Calgary Stampeders announced today that non-import running back Jon Cornish has signed a contract extension with the club.
*The Edmonton Eskimos signed former NCAA star Brandon James on Thursday hoping he can become a difference maker in the CFL.
*The Toronto Argonauts added DB Ray Cheatham, who spent last season with the Calgary Stampeders, and WR Curtis Walls to the team's roster today.
*Marc Trestman, Greg Marshall and Marcel Bellefeuille will all present at the 2011 Football Canada Coaches Association convention, a two day coaching development opportunity.
