How do you usually write? What's the process?

E-eh? Um... Mostly fantasy stuff, but on occasion I try and write erotic stuff... Um, god, 3rd person mostly, past tense.

And uh.... Geez, it's really embarrassing to admit...

I meant, how do you write?
Do you just start at the beginning and go with it? Or do you write an outline first?

Ooo... Yeah, that parts... Gah, sorry. Um, yeah, I just start at the beginning and write, no outline. Most of this stuff just sorta comes to my head anyway.

Well, if you're having trouble writing, maybe you should try a different technique. Before writing anything, think about what's going to happen and make a very rough written outline of where it goes. Then, slowly expand upon each section until you've fleshed it out into a full story.

Perhaps try HP Lovecraft's technique. He wrote a synopsis of the events as they happen in chronological order, then a second synopsis of the order in which they'll appear in the story. Then use the second narrative to write very quickly and fluidly, and revise it a few times until you get your finished story.

But....! It's not the getting the ideas to form... I mean, that is a good idea, even if I despise outlines, it's just... The words aren't there. I have all the ideas, I just can't get them out in a way that looks good to me. I can't stand it. But... Thanks for helping me.
