Electronic Cigerette. I looks like a real cig, the end glows due to small light, and you blow out 'smoke' when you exhale which is actually just water vapour. It's basically just a more realistic version of those stupid paper inhalers they used to give out, and one cartridge for an e-cig lasts a month. You get the cartridges as well in backs of 4-5

That sounds alot healthier than filling your lungs with tar every couple of hours. Go for it :p
