Am I too Pickey?
I had a friend tell me that to find what I am truly looking for in a relationship I need to write down the top 15 characteristics that I am looking for. after reviewing my list I know its what I need but it almost seems too ridiculously shallow or selfish. Although it did ask for 15 my list feels like each item is worth 5 from what I have learned in past relationships. Well just tossing my list out to see if there are people like this out there or if I should change a few things...
1. Furry
2. Energetic
3. Pokemon fan
4. Outgoing
5. NOT religious, but spiritual in a meditative sense
6. Trusts self
7. Handles stress
8. Doesn’t waste money
9. Understands Therianthropy
10. Honest
11. Loves Techno music
12. Goes to conventions, costumes
13. More about the relationship/love than anything else
14. Believes in “the one”
15. Will be there for me like I am for her and wont turn away.
This took me well over an hour to make because 15 is a LOT.

For one, you can't guarantee someone out there with love conventions, costumes, spirituality, will understand therianthropy, and will love techno music just like you.
My boyfriend I've known for 5 years and I can't imagine being with anyone else. He's saved my life on numerous occasions and is still doing so. But he doesn't like my taste in techno (metalhead), he doesn't like fursuits very much (he only likes them when they're skin tight, not that baggy crap, which I agree but I'm less picky about it) although he'll go to conventions with me even if I'm in fursuit, and he's atheist while I'm a Satanist, but he accepts and understands my religiousness.
But I'm perfectly fine with that, because he's accepting about the things I like and do that he doesn't, and vice versa.
