I've made a start on the base. I feel stupid using masking tape to bring it together, and one cheek looks slightly rounder than the other, but I'm hoping that foam will help hide that. Also, the vision will be pretty bad but I'll be able to breathe out the mouth and hopefully make this head look somewhat reasonable.

Will upload pics of the head once it's foamed, but for now it doesn't look like anything special.
