Building A New Pc. HELP!

So, I don't know how many of you out there watching me are techs of any sort, but I need some opinions on a few things.
I want to build just an amazing computer but am having trouble deciding on the MotherBoard... I either want to go with the Asus Rampage 3 black edition, or the MSI Big Bang Marshal... I really can't decide which is better and more solid. If any of you know PLEASE tell me!

I'm running the Rampage 3, core i7 970, 24 GB of DDR3 ram, 2x GTX 580 cards, and a 6 gbps 2 tb drive.
I think I will just take my losses and buy the Asus Black edition. Couple that with perhaps one or two NVidea 580 cards and at least 16 gb of ram to start off
