As far as books I have some used Anne McCaffrey novels (dragon rider series). Also two Star Wars novels (books 1 and 2 in a series featuring Obi-wan and Bail Organa, the second book features Anakin and Obi-wan with a little of Ashoka). These are like $1 for the McCaffrey (heavily used from the flea market) and $20 for both Star Wars)

Assassin's Creed 1-3 for XBOX 360 $50
All games have complete casing and manuals in great condition.

The manga and anime were actually made at the same time by different members of the same team (if I recall correctly) and...well, they start out the same but end up different. (I myself vastly prefer the anime. I'm definitely not trying to talk you out of buying them if you want to! D: Just warning you that they aren't the same, if this is the original Utena manga.)
...On a random note, now I really, really want to go watch the anime. XD;
I forget exactly how that works in the manga (I've only seen the anime recently), but I do like the ending of the anime a lot more, cliffhanger that it is. XD

I was kinda hoping to hear that they're different. The anime is one of the best out there, but I like to see differences between the iterations instead of just parroting what the other has said. Is the manga as... uh, what's the word I'm looking for... heavy handed with it's symbolism? If I remember correctly the anime just tries to drown you with it's symbolism. Not that I dislike that (in fact I love it), I'm just curious if the different story route takes a different tone in the narrative as well.
