Other than that rumor that they are coming in after Samurai.

actually what's rumored is that there's going to be a second season of Samurai. They will do that or goseigers, but I know that their probably going to do a season before this one. PR's 20th anniversary is coming in 2 years, but we'll have 19 ranger teams instead of Japan's 25 Super Sentai.

Kinda ironic that the show you loved is pirated.

I also never know whether to call them different seasons or different shows. XD

they're different season but as the series has gone by the continuity has been being closer and closer related. Starting from the heisei era (i.e. around 1980s to now) it's been established that they take place in the same universe, although every season of Super Sentai have crossed over with ever other season of sentai with the exception of a few.

Every 5 years there's an anniversary special where they do a Super Sentai vs blank, blank being whatever sentai is running that season. During the 20th's Super Sentai vs Boukenger they introduced Aka Red, the spirit of the Red Ranger who had access the powers of ever red ranger that proceeded thus far and Gokaigers took that element and mythos and ran with it from there.

This concept comes from Toei's Kamen Rider Decade wherein during their recent 35th annie they did a crossover series for the heisei era as well, which garnered huge financial success despite some of their choices during the writing process.
