With a bowl of Fiber One Original (my bowls are full, more than 1 serving) with 2% milk about a cup.
Evening – after workout.
1/2 dose BSN CellMass
1x Horny Goat Weed
2x Pink Magic
With a 3.25oz pack of Jack Links Original Beef Jerky, a V8 Low sodium 30 minutes after the Cellmass.
Prior to work out
Cellucor NO3 Black Chrome (90minutes)
Jack3D LemonLime (45minutes)
While working out I took 14oz of water with a half packet of Pro Performance Lean Muscle Meal. (will change to isopure soon)
Last night's workout was reduced, since I had to participate on a Range today. I only did a few sets of shoulder shrugs, lat pulls, crunches, back machine, waist twist machine, and close grip upright rows. Same supplements removing Jack3D and NO3, adding D4 Morning/Afternoon.
I did not want to risk getting sore/pulling muscles in my back/shoulders while trying to fire weapons today otherwise it would have been a full workout.
