Why would we wanna check out someone on another website?

Because we're all art lovers here who are on FurAffinity to draw, display and view art?
Despite how much many of us dislike deviantART it is one of the largest art websites without being dedicated?
Because we might want to commission a really good artist with great prices?
Because the artist in question is trying to raise funds for a particular cause and needs support?
Maybe the artist feels unwelcomed on this site because of how abusive some people can be here towards something they don't like?
- The same is true with deviantART but you're ok normally because it's a larger site unless you draw a fandom's attention.



I think that would be a fairly nice couple of reasons for "Why would we wanna check out someone on another website?"
I'm sure there certainly are plenty more as well. Perhaps someone else would do the honour of mentioning some others? Yes that is a very fine question so hopefully myself and others will be able to put some answers towards it for those who need reasons to not limit themselves to this site and it's small corner of artistic standards.
