Today I woke up at 1pm CST :D I went to bed the night prior at around 11pm.
When I got into work around 1:50, I took my pills:

1x Ultra Saw Palmeto formula
I had with a clove of raw garlic, a V8 low sodium and a bowl of Fiber One Original + 1cup 2%milk.
Prepped my half packet of Pro Performance Lean Muscle Meal, then waited a while before heading out to the gym. Went around around 4:30pm, ended about 6:40pm.

Went inside for a cool down before starting my run. I took my 2x Pink Magic, 1x Horny Goat Weed and my second dose of D4 (granted it was early I don't recommend doing that) along with a Natures Valley Oats N Honey bar. I started my Weight Vest (20lbs) run at 7:30pmish. Finished it up at 8:15pmish. I shoulda kept better track of the time, but the sun + humidity had me walking a bit on this jog. I usually don't walk..... it was hot. Total distance was somewhere in the range of 3.5-4.5 miles, I didn't have my droid with me to measure, as I knew I'd sweat alot.
When I finished running, prior to my shower, I downed a 2tblesppon dose of Tropical Oasis with a few pieces of Jack Links Beef Jerky 3.25oz and 2 bottles of water.
I took the evening dose of 2x Pink Magic and 1x Horny Goat Weed at 10:30pm while writing this up. I finished off the bag of Jack Links Beef Jerky 3.25oz with it. And I know I should have eaten more today, but I guess It'll make up for extra's I had at Applebees ( I had the icecream Cookie as an appetizer, with an oreo shake, then ate a double patty chedder burger with chili cheese fries, and a basket of onion rings on Thursday).
My back is starting to get really big, I'm thinking about dropping weight down a bit to just stay toned at this point.

Supplements should only be taken to enhance a workout that you are already doing, because you need an extra edge and you have plateaued without. I tell people to do a workout regime for a minimum of 2-3 weeks before adding supplements. You should wait longer, unless you really are getting nothing else out of your routine.
The most important thing, IS TO DO SOMETHING. So until you do that, nothing's going to change ;p I tend to like circuit based training, as I get bored doing the same exact motion repeatedly. It keeps me in it.
You pick your exercises based on what muscle groups you want to work, and how you want your body to look. Dunno what to tell you about the social issue ;p make new friends? :P
My biggest problem with the 'doing something' is... I really know next to nothing. Currently my foot is borked, and I can't do anything hi-impact due to my knees until I bring my weight back down (unfortunately my 120 hyperextensive knees can't handle my weight of 180). So besides that, I know very little of what I can do. I know what I want, but don't really have the money to just go ask :|
That and I wouldn't now exactly what excersises to do... I only know like... 3 and they don't work the muscles I want xD Did you get ALL your exercises from the doctor? Or did you find something somewhere that gave you more information
Might need to mae some new friends if they keep me from going to the gym as much xD
If you are going to do any kind of weight, get with a physician first, or someone licensed in sports medicine/injury recovery.
As for the Physical Therapist, last one I saw basically just told me to don't even bother with my exercises / seeing him until I got better... that was back in the military though, guess wouldn't hurt to go see them again.
I'll be dropping my shrug weight back to 185 or lower soon, My back is getting big and I don't really want that.
The only supplements I take for lifting specificly, are the Protein, Pink Magic, Cellmass, and Apladan, everything else is just herbs and crap for normal daily use with no cycles.
I think the fat is merely shedding off my back much faster than it's shedding off my front. I'll know for sure soon, probably in 3 more weeks, as I won't be doing any back specific stuff off to visit some friends, and take a 2 week course with no gym. Will be purely Calisthenics and running.

my workouts are only 3 times a week for an hour. But its all aerobic.. however! your leg press weight is too light! at least triple your body weight
I never liked doing legs. But I'm starting them back up due to a few issues I need to work through. I'll throw 35's on next time, then 45's and keep upping it 20lbs a session. I tend to do weight vest runs on these days, so I really don't want to pull a hammy again.
Give your body rest and ramp up appropriately with time and how you believe you feel strength building, not to the point of pushing near collapse on yourself week after week. It's tearing too many fibers over and over again without letting them become full strength again.
Remember the RED acronym with health: Rest, Exercise and Diet. You have to balance all 3 correctly, not have a lot of just 2 and ignore 1 in hopes you can get by. Always 3 in proper measure.
Now of course I'm curious what stacking all these aphrodisiacs accomplish for you. Are they releasing your natural testosterone so you're amped with higher growth and serum steroid levels? (Since they are your natural hormone, there's little to no liver danger...)
But yeah defining the abs is a noble goal, but rough as heck... takes lowering the body fat to like 5% for the chiseling... And every percent under 15% (which is what the male body strives to retain biologically as almost imperative) is not just exercising like hell, it's changing the blood chemistry to a point where it's constantly burning fat... almost starving for calories as well, constantly building or maintaining muscle while at the same time wanting more stored energy from somewhere... practically burning the candle at both ends. Very strenuous work.
Crunch lots, sexy lizard. I can see you're working hard, and I'm gonna be very excited to read some "tale of the tape" once you start getting yourself measured every month or so. Remember: What gets measured, gets DONE.
