Hello furries!
I'm SO behind on my SotW journals that I have discontinued the numbering system and have begun using dates instead. I THINK I'll be able to keep up, but no promises just yet :-\
Song: Shots
Artist: LMFAO featuring Lil' Jon
Album: Party Rock (2009)
This song was found while I was looking for random hip hop music, particularly Pitbull's songs. I started doing this after asking (at every class mind you) for the name of the song that was being used during training, and it kind of snowballed.
I thought Shots had this "... while I play unfitting music" humorous quality to it and it has quite a beat, though I've seen better in that particular department. As for the obvious extolling of alcohol usage (as in the line "The ladies love us/ when we pour shots/ they need an excuse/ to suck our c***s"), well that kind of contributes. Also, I'll be receiving this Big Ass Box of Magic stuff soon from Sankey Magic and I'll be shooting a satirical review with this song in the background (in its full uncensored glory :-P)
