I've had "Tonight, Tonight" by Hot Chelle Rae stuck in my head all day. So, I came home and sang along with it for two hours straight until I felt like I was going to vomit. That seemed to get it out of my head.

Does anyone have any other solutions for when a tune gets stuck in their head?
