I stopped playing last month. It lost the draw it had. TF2 is more interesting now. I still have yet to tell my guild.

It's like that with me as well right now. I've had plenty of other games that've been more interesting me to to play, but I had this weird sense of obligation to keep logging into WoW, even if I'd end up wandering aimlessly without purpose.
Our guild was made from all the friends we had in random guilds, and we started our guild in Cataclysm to enjoy the perks But lately, all the old core raiders left the game, and we're never with enough folks to cover a raidnight.
Raids were the only things I still enjoyed, but now I don't feel like there's a purpose left to play. ;(

Same here, my guild became so few in numbers during the evening that we aren't able to make up a raid.
Also, the daily quests 'grind' at the molten front was for the most the only reason to log on, really.

So yeah. Game became boring i guess. :|

That, and I also want to get out of the system to reserve evenings to play a game at a predetermined time (raidnights). Sure, LoL is also sort of predetermined, but you just need to make sure to have about an hour to yourself if you want to play it.

I have plenty of other games left to play here, maybe invest time in GW again to prepare for GW2 once that'll be released.
Oblivion, I had my fun time with that years ago :p But now the other games on my hard disk should get some love (still need to finish Arkham Asylum and Darksiders, for starters)

Batman: Arkham Asylum and Darksiders (a bit of an underrated gem, in my opinion) were awesome games to play through. :D I would definetly recommend finishing them first if possible, especially in preparation for Batman: Arkham City and Darksiders 2. :)

An yeah, I hung up my adventures in azeroth about 5 months ago now because it wasn't the kinda game I enjoyed anymore.

I'll probably stick to LoL as my main game, possibly picking up GW again to prepare for GW2 once that comes out.
But mostly I want invest more time in drawing again. I'll never get anywhere if I keep on going like this

Yeah, it's pretty boring these days. Firelands had a neat factor the first go, but after that... meh.

A lot of people are leaving azeroth. all the "top raiding guilds" have all quit their subscription because they finished all the content.... to be back next content patch. IN all honestly this is the first time I've been really "bored" with the game not frustrated at the stupidity of the player base.... though there's that too. Blizz can't seem to tune things to be a challenge without it being outright insanely hard.

I think I may be the only one that played the two week WoW trial, picked it up for a few months, and then moved on.
After playing ~90 days, I felt that I was just doing the same thing I did yesterday with the same group, having the same frustration, and the same people blame me for their deaths (priest here)
But the biggest unsubscribe reason was that the 'new' server I was playing on got tagged as a free move to server, so suddenly, it was filled with level 80s ganking me left and right.
So I asked to be transferred to another server ... but I had to pay.
Others can come to that one for free and kill me all day... and I have to pay to move.

I know what you mean. Especially since there is no love for warlock, whatsoever. If I didn't know better, I'd think blizz was trying to kill my main class.

I switched to rogue since we had so many ranged back in ICC (was maining a hunter for 5 years), but the raid design for melee classes became pretty bad in Cataclysm, I eventually felt I wasted a lot of time on that rogue. I enjoyed playing him, but then I had the urge to get back on the hunter.
Which has fallen behind quite a lot, so now I don't even feel like getting him back up to specs. Maybe if I was the old me who was unemployed and wasted many, many hours a day on WoW.. but not the me of today.

I'd been the main tank of several guilds that inevitably fell apart for one reason or another for the last ~2 years, but last spring before firelands came out I realized that the only reason I was even bothering to log on was because I was a main tank in the guild I happened to be parked in at the time.

I used to love leveling my alts but for some reason I just wasn't very interested in the redone stuff. I went through it once when I rerolled a gnome warrior at the start of the xpac and it was fun, but it just wasn't 'do it again' fun.

I have a hard time spotting what I didn't like about the game though, other than slow content patches often delivering less than promised. I can't say I wasn't a little bit annoyed when they said t11 was only going to have one raid in it, despite them touting that they probably shouldn't do that again because even interesting places like Icecrown and Ulduar got boring when they were the only thing you were looking at 4x a week for 12 weeks minimum. I guess abyssal maw went the way of Gundarak and the like 4 dragon sanctums.

cataclysm. living up to it's name. They've lost 900,000 subs in the last 6 months.

I guess wow is death, I play rift atm, its ok but it lacks something.

An end game?

Dont know what you people think, the endgame is quite ok. With evey patch that comes there is more to do, allmost to much. But I still miss something, maybe a really bad side.

But will you still draw WoW-themed art?

I'll finish the female undead image I'm still working on and might draw a troll once in a while, but I probably won't be drawing anything specifically WoW-themed after that.
People only get off on Draenei these days, anyway :p

Its dem hips in different time-zones as they walk. Pity that you might not do as much, but that's fine. You still do excellent work and will be watched for as long as you keep producing something. Well. Maybe not if it's only stick figures >.> <.< ;)

I know how you feel. WoW is ok for me atm. but it's been on and off since the start, it can only be fun for so long.
Often I go back because there's nothing else which is as good, but soon we'll be spoilt for choice :) I'm definately looking forward to checking out GW2 and TERA ...my expectations there are that I'll have fun with it for a month or 2 - anything more is a bonus. And you gotta admit it's ripe for adult artwork! :P - and lets not forget that Skyrim is only 3 months away *Woooooooooo!*
