It didn't hurt there was a wise and helpful snowshoe hare, I'll admit, but even with the opening few sentences, I was drawn in willingly. It all flowed so well, so enchantingly! I could almost see it being animated in a similar style to "The Adventures of Peter Rabbit and Friends". ^_^
