So for the third time in as many years my comp has gone kaput. Being a non tech I dont have a clue what's happened. Whenever I try and start it up loads of ! appear on screen and then more often than not it just refuses to boot up altogether and on the few times it does it'll either BSOD or make the screen disapear completly unless it's in safe mode.

Anyone know any techs who know what the problem is?
