Minor observation:
Thumbnails of adult stuff on the front page accessible to anybody means that search engines will tag you as adult and block you from some results. :/

For the front page blurb, you might want to consider a re-write.

"Welcome to FurBuy, your place for free furry auctions! We have a number of furry art, furry comics, fursuits and more for sale! Visit our Welcome Page to learn how to get started."

For example:

"FurBuy: Your place for free furry auctions!" (Get the necessary terms for search)
"- Always Free - No seller's fees or buyer's fees
- Comics, furry and anthro art, fursuits and more
- Visit our >Welcome Page< to learn how to get started or >Register< and begin selling and buying now!"

It's a bit longer, but it gets some important points across.
You may also want to consider livening up the links on the left a bit. Either with graphics (Can be a pain) or with CSS. Definitely needs to not have underlines. :/

We're trying to keep the thumbnails provocative-allowed but not showing any nudity. If a thumbnail on the main page contains nudity and we see it, we remove it.

I don't see any underlines on the links. What browser are you using?

Oops, just looked at it, yeah, they are underlined. But until we get something else to enhance them (which will take more time than I have to spare right now for a minor cosmetic change), sorry, they look even worse as plain floating text.

In the works. Today is my first day off of work, and so far Priority 1 has been getting things together for FC (which is now mostly done).

Couple of suggestions:

1. Come up with a cute female mascot. (Sorry, ladies.)

2. Have her peeking up over the top of the box next to the FurBuy logo.

3. Chibi version of her for the tutorials, illustrating the steps (composing the ad, making the ad, watching auction, packing merchandise, walking off with wad of cash).

Apart from that, looks pretty good! :)

Already have a mascot, just haven't had the time to do any art of her. You volunteering?

The new Furbuy design looks much better.

I've been checking in regularly, just there seems to have been a lack of the art and stuff that's tempted me to buy so far. I'll keep watching though!

I've been away for the past few days (traveling), so I didn't get a chance to give input. I have to say I like the changes, It's much better to navigate now. I would do some minor things to refine more. One is to make the backgrounds of the "Image Gallery" and "Auction Listings : Special Categories" in white. There is sooo much blue that it makes it hard to focus on items. If I were to redesign this myself I would unbox (no border) some of the center column items and maybe add an additional color. :)

I like the updates! Now I just gotta inventory my art-for-sale stash and actually post stuff.

Well we've got a partial up for sale now, and I let some of the fursuit sellers know about the recent update, so hopefully some of them will come add more to it.

MUCH better. User-friendliness ultimately is what drives a product, not a load of excessive crap. :P I might start using it myself, now.

Most importantly, we're taking user feedback and improving the site constantly. The other guys aren't doing that.

I need to make up some artz now, to sell on there.
