A glimpse of the bigger pond for us small fish...

(First off -- there will be plenty of NSFW and/or extreme-WTF content in these links. You have been warned.)
I provide these links here as a reference -- NOT of JUST other artists/illustrators -- but of other professional fine artists and illustrators who have touched on 'furry' subject matter in many similar ways as the artwork on FA.
Whatever you have seen on FA has probably been expanded on by other illustrators to the point of reaching a high-functional commentary on life, humanity, nature, and the interactions of all in between. The in-depth thought some of these artists have given to the VERY SAME subject matter we centrally focus on, should put us all to shame. But hopefully, this will inspire a few on FA to do better.
Have a look; copy this list; spread word; prepare a new folder for your web browser bookmarks; maybe even take the day off to just sit with good food and the internet; and if you can gear yourself up for it -- contact them if you think they could help you pursue a career in art/illustration somehow (just don't be a creep about it).

I was wondering if you knew good places to befriend people that encourage you to be explorative in the visual arts and try things no one ever expected from yourself? Like a school in terms of learning exercises to try together, but just for fun without any pressure with constructive feedback in a support circle to help each other grow and feel fulfilled as an artist.
