Any got a clue about soda recently?

I don't know how recent this is. But yea I just wanted to see if anyone else noticed this trend.
I typically don't drink any soda, when I do rarely partake in such a drink. I normally drink it over ice so it will be as cold as it can get.
When I try drinking it from a can it's fine, fizzy as it should be. No matter the brand or type of soda, etc, when I pour any can of soda over ice, regardless of how fast, slow, what kind of angle I use. As soon as I go to drink it, it has lost -all- of it's fizz and gone 90% flat?
Like, have the manufacturers changed the way they carbonate the drink or something like that to when you pour it over ice it loses all of the fizz, maybe as a side effect of how it's done in the can?
When I get soda from a fountain style thing, it's fine over ice. This seems to be a chronic problem with 2L bottles and cans of soda.

However, it has been an on-going issue with the bottled type I have noticed for years, and I'm well aware that it was not always an issue >:l
I must admit, it does seem to loose its fizz quicker if the can is cold.
As for warm, however, it can sit there for hours and still be good!
