Yeah it is a nice ability... especially for Jaspi. ;) I think they went with that because there's supposedly an unbeatable combination you can get with a specially-made deck. It's very similar to Magic in that way. And Jaspi can help bust that exploit

I did have to pay to get in, and it wasn't cheap, but the creator contacted me and asked if he can use my character in other future cards. So I guess you could say, I had to pay to get in, but I've been asked since.

So far this is just the 1st one tho.

Makes sense then. What I know of the mechanics, little as that is, it's like Magic. Just with different names for actions.
