i cant find the reply button on my own page tho just on this journal and on pics, i must be totally missing it

oh yeah shouts don't work that way. you have to go to the other persons page and shout back :) and no problem!

Profile comments aka shouts, you generally reply to them by going to THAT user's page and shouting a reply back. That way they see it. A little strange but that's how FA does it haha

If you want to reply to regular comments than it's more straight forward like satoshi suggested, just pick "reply to this post".
