My New Years Resolutions
• Always finish what I start.
• Draw More
• Time Management

I'm going to go ahead and leave my resolutions up there so I see them every time I go on FA :p. This past week was pretty hectic for me. I had to get a lot of things done.
Yesterday I was able to get together with a good artistic friend of mine so she can give me a few pointers on my anatomy and poses in my drawing. I drew my first realistic sketch of a regular human. I might ink it and upload it, but I don't think its that good.
My resolutions are going pretty well. I've lowered my procrastination rate significantly and was able to practice some drawing. My time management is doing pretty well, but still not as well as I'd like. I have to organize myself more.
Anyway, thats about it. :D

Anyway, I think that if you can just stick to the first resolution, you'll do much better on the second two. Staying focused is an important, important thing. Try set goals for each week to keep you on your toes. Rewarding yourself for completing the goals is another way to help get them done, but the most important thing is to not beat yourself up if you slip up and don't complete the goal for the week. It's important then to just keep going until it is finished.
Computer games can be addictive. That is one of the reasons I avoid them; I'm always afraid of getting sucked in and letting them consume my time. Sure, they're fun, but if there's other things that you need to be doing, you've gotta set it down for a bit and work towards getting those things done first. As you said, time management is a great way to do this. Schedule in some time to play after you get the rest of your things you need to do done. There's a few programs online, I'm sure, that help you in managing your time. I think Google Calendar can be pretty effective at setting up a schedule.
Best of luck on your resolutions and I look forward to seeing you around these parts some more! :3
