I looked like a freaking hamster-otter after a day, even with cooling like mad...funny thing that traineeship was over then and graduation photo taken >_>
Try not to move much and maybe lay down and rest to get some sleep, always cooling your cheeks, will take a few days for the numbing and throbbing to go away *hugs*
