Ok...
A while ago I ran into this bit of gorecore music by Passenger of Shit, called "Staple tapeworms to my penis"

...there's a reason its called gorecore. Although IMHO it does have some very nice melodic synth-flute bits.
then I found that someone had done a remix of it combined with the 'Every day I'm shufeling' song "Party Rock Anthem"
