Thanks for the help guys. Really the price wasn't an issue. I was only talking about maybe talking lower if I could persuade him to turn a 2 bedroom into a single, but alot of you guys are bringing up good points. Roommate finding is difficult though. Granted, mostly it's because I like my man caves, but I guess if there are multiple bedrooms, alot of the issues I have with my current roommate wouldn't be as much of an issue? I'm just not sure. I'm trying to think of what would and wouldn't be anymore because of seperate bedrooms (a lot probably the more I think about it), but there's not many on campus I can get along with. I do imagine it's different living in an apartment than it is a dorm building though. Can you guys speak of this from experience?

I guess mostly it's just the fact that my roommate is always talking to me and asking me things that I know nothing about, and maybe with an apartment, he might not do that as much...? I dunno. I need to think more on it.
