Weight loss time!

So, I took a medical leave from my job a few months ago for my mental health and since then have gained a lot of weight. As of today, I weigh 160 pounds and I want to lose 20-30 pounds asap. I have all my healthy foods set up and I will start running three times a week with my best friend and then on the days I don't run... I'm thinking of yoga and belly dancing.
And don't laugh, but I do have the shake weight and it DOES work. When I use it that is. lol. Alright, so I hope to lose the weight and raise my self esteem. I am a female in real life and need to not rely on others to make me feel good.
So, lets see how this goes and see what I can do to better myself!
