I have lost 15 pounds thus far and seemed to have gotten to a comfortable weight. My back doesn't hurt as much and that's nice. It's has been raining a bit here in Cali. Keeping me from walking, but anyway....

There just seems to be a lot of other things going on and there doesn't seem to be any time...
