Well earlier on in the year, there were only 4 people that could do my job, myself included. I told him he should train more people so that in case one of us needs some time off, we can get it no problem. Think he listened?

That would be far too smart of a thing for him to do... he promoted one of us, and refused to schedule they other one. That leaves 2 of us. He trained one other person to do my job, but he "Isn't comfortable leaving them by themselves 3 weeks into their training." Oh, and the other person that can do my job? Yeah, he's training other people that weekend by his request... so essentially he fucked over any possibility of me going by choice.

Tell the fucker that ya just gonna call in...Its a bullshit reason not to give you the time off.What a deuce .....I should call the store and get his ass fired LOL
