I'm not sure IQ can change. With mood changes come changes in judgement. Maybe that's what you mean.

what i mean is i was tested for it five different times when i was in school. and each time the result was radically different. and not a trnd in either directon either.
degree of attention to detail/interest/willingness to exert degree of mental effort, varies with mood, or at least mine does and did, and no testing method as yet invented at that time was able to filter this factor out.
