Picture broken or slow-as-snail-loading-time

Is it just me experiencing this problem in FA? I have to at least 3 times refresh the picture just to get it's standard view size. @$##@$#@$ Most of the time I just hit fav+ instead of viewing the large size because of this.

Tried others like Chrome or Opera?
