I got a phone call today:
Essentially, the only thing keeping me from going to MFF was the fact that my boss had scheduled a training class for that weekend. However, the people that were supposed to be trained that weekend all flaked out, freeing up the extra people we needed to let me leave for the weekend. Boss man said that since the change, my schedule could be edited. Huzzah! Great Success! Place is still full of a bunch of asses, but at least I can gtfo for a few days!
Tl;dr All the stress about not going to MFF has been in vain... see you all on Thursday :)
