Ok, so, the hyatt can go fuck itself cause they were hoarding the package with the badges pretty much the entire time, we're figuring, but Kin has the package in hand FINALLY after much back and forth with the front desk over the last several days.

I'ma be noting their room number and his cell for texting purposes to people to get in contact with him, and if you don't get the badge before they leave tomorrow, they'll be coming back to me and I can mail them out after I get them back again

I'm super sorry for all this crazy nonsense, but there wasn't a whole lot to be done between shipping them off on wednesday and the hotel finally pulling it's head out of it's respective arse and one awesome dude at the front desk maning up and actually going to go look instead of playing phonetag with their shipping department.
