Cooking a turkey is like cooking a chicken. You just have to do it longer and with basting, which you can just do with butter and cheesecloth. Who knew? I always though they'd be really tough to get right...

Nope, its the same exact thing, easy enough, especially if you use an oven bag, keeps the juices nice and sealed in

I don't have an oven bag. I have spices and a broiling pan and an oven.

Oven bags are disposable plastic bags you can get pretty cheaply i forget who makes them, but you can get em at any grocery store. it reaaaally helps lock in those juices without having to baste
