I stole this from... someone. I forget who. Anyway, I'm doing it three times over. The instances should be color coded, and the legend is the first answer.
Pick one of your characters. Give this character's name, age, species and a single-sentence description.
Mishai Ameteratsu Takahashi Sato Hama Kahae. Age 588. Ninetales. She's pretty old, but still looks to be in her prime, and is very mature and motherly. (Her names are all middle names, aside from her given Mishai. She currently, as an unbound Pokemon, needs no last name.)
Kate (no other name(yet)). Age 25. Blaziken. She's a big buff BLaziken who really does enjoy working out and bodybuilding.
Myre Moonlet. 25 (<1). Crux. Myre is a creature who was born of corruption of Aescula, and has come to terms with it, and all the weirdness that comes with being what she is.

Even more recent than Mishai. Not by too much, I think
Very very recent. And this is where her <1 age comes in, as she was "split off" from another character, in canon. In that way, she's probably no more than a few months old.
Does your character physically resemble you in any way?
HAH no. Actually maybe her height. Yeah. That.

What trait about your character is the most like you?
Her desire to care for others and to generally be a force of good in the world. I also like to think my wisdom. (not to be confused with common sense I ain't got a scrap of that)
Definitely her competitiveness.
She likes the night, and can be cool with the weirdest things.
What trait about your character is the least like you?
Her age and mental clarity, for sure.
She's not a tenth as lazy as I am XD
Vicious speed.
Does your character have something you've always wanted? Do they do anything you've always wanted to do?
She's calm and at peace with the world. She's been through much more than any human ever could. All that is lovely.
Strength. Fitness.
Her infinitely long, prehensile tongue. (That would be cool and you know it)

Does Game Freak's count? Otherwise, no. She didn't even come from any Ninetales I had in the games.

How did you come up with the qualities of your character?
She's an amalgam of everything I think about seeing Ninetales, and the lore about them. After that, she's evolved on her own.
Started with wanting to RP something big and muscley. She evolved from there.

Possibly. But I can't think of who these would be.

What physical/mental changes has your character gone through since its creation?
She's actually become far less sexual, but at the same time, more open to exploring it. She's also become much more motherly.
Getting a Mega Stone doesn't count. She's much deeper and has gotten friendships.
Gotten more OK with what she is, mostly.
If your character was a real person you knew, how well do you think you'd get along with them?
I would like to think I'd get along well, but she'd probably also find me tiresome.
I would probably not get on well with her. Though I wouldn't mind the workout partner.
I'd hope we'd get along!
What is your character's biggest vice?
She does enjoy a good drink and has been known to occasionally overindulge.
Can work too hard, and overexert herself. Also pride.
Her tongue gets a bit naughty.
What would someone find if they looked through your character's pack (or purse, bundle, backpack, pocket, etc)?
Very little. She travels very light and doesn't carry anything unnecessary.
I honestly don't know! I'll have to figure that out sometime.
Nothing at all but the empty Corruption vial she keeps on her.
What is one thing your character will never, ever, EVER do?
Deliberately indulge in drugs more harmful than alcohol.
Pass up an opportunity for a sparring match.
Actually, I can't think of anything Myre would never do offhand.
And lastly, if you had to write an ending for your character and never use them again, what would the ending be like? Happily ever after? Blaze of glory? Fate catching up to them?
Walking off into the world to explore more. Elf-style.
Hmmmm. Accidental death during a tournament. Far outmatched, and the foe used excessive force. Naturally, he'd be DQ'd instantly.
