I'm really sick of this Merry CHRISTmas thing going on. Yes. I get it. CHRIST is in CHRISTMAS. I'm not illiterate. Christmas is a CHRISTian holiday! I am not a very religious person, I don't hate any religions (except Scientology because that's a crock of shit [see: space clams]), but I don't like it when people rub this in everyone's face.
America* is not a Christian country. It's a giant melting pot of EVERY religion, and EVERY nationality imaginable. It's a free country, worship who you want.

I actually find it SAD when I see that there's this dinky corner shelf section in Target or Walmart for Hanukkah. Kwanza? What's that! The whole rest of the store is CHRISTmas. Seriously, what the fuck.
On that note, I think every person in the world should celebrate Christmas, even the Jews and Muslims.

-Getting together with friends and family
-Giving gifts
-Listening to carols
-Watching the mandated Christmas movies (Home Alone, Rudolph, Year Without a Santa Claus, etc)
-Overall being happy and cheery
-Christmas lights
-Christmas trees
etc.

still, i wonder about the intolerance of everyone towards other religions and the lack thereof. let there be anti-bible thumpers, door to door aetheists, or someone who wants to promote a secular life on sunday as opposed to the early morning tv sermons, and suddenly everyone goes apeshit. but we're supposed to tolerate someone feeling righteous enough to correct a sign? if i did something in response, it would be called defacing.
